Terms & Conditions – Faristours
1. Role of Faristours
Faristours is a local excursion agency based in Hurghada, Egypt. Faristours arranges and organises tourist excursions and activities.
The excursions offered are operated by the licensed tour operator:

2. Booking and Formation of the Contract
An enquiry submitted via our website, email, telephone or WhatsApp does not constitute a binding booking.
A booking becomes binding once availability has been confirmed and the booking has been accepted by Faristours.
3. Payment
Payment is made on the day of the excursion, either at hotel pick-up or before the excursion begins, to a Faristours representative.
Payment is currently accepted in cash in euros or US dollars. Credit card payments are currently not available.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start of the excursion.
For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the excursion, a cancellation fee of 20% of the excursion price may be charged.
Different cancellation conditions may apply where explicitly stated for a particular excursion or service.
5. Right of Withdrawal
For leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
6. Liability
Faristours acts as an organiser and intermediary for excursions operated by licensed local tour operators.
Faristours is responsible for the proper organisation and arrangement of the booked services within its area of responsibility. Services provided by the licensed tour operator or other independent service providers are subject to their respective responsibility and applicable legal provisions.
7. Applicable Law
Mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected. The excursions and services are carried out in Egypt and are therefore also subject to the applicable laws and regulations of Egypt.
